WOODLAWN - Landon Ashcraft and Ryan Rutledge both made three 3-pointers apiece as the Woodlawn Bears rolled to a 73-38 win over the cross-county rival Rison Wildcats last Thursday night inside the Woodlawn Gym.
Woodlawn led 14-4 after the first quarter before going into the half with a 30-16 lead.
The Bears put the game away with a 27-10 run in the third quarter, pushing their lead to 57-26 to start the final period.
Raylon Lawson led Woodlawn with 17 points followed by Ashcraft with 15. Jude Roberts had 12 while Rutlege finished with nine.
Za’Kyler Walker paced the Wildcats with 11 points despite playing with a leg injury.
