RISON - Matthew Howard (center), a senior on the Rison Wildcat baseball team, signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball at Arkansas Baptist College in Little.
Howard is a pitcher, first baseman and right fielder for the Wildcats but will focus on pitching and first base in college.
