Woodlawn's Rauls Sets More State Records in Winning 148 Classification

MONTICELLO - Woodlawn junior weightlifter Jude Rauls continued his assault on the state record books by setting three new high marks in the 148pound classification at the Arkansas High School Powerlifting Association State Meet held this past Saturday at Monticello.
Woodlawn swept the top two positions in the 148-pound class with Rauls winning the class and teammate Aiden Moore finishing second. The meet included lifters from Class 2A to Class 6A/7A schools.
Powerlifting includes three lifts: squat, bench press and dead lift. Those three lifts are added together for an overall total.
