Betty Evelyn Brown Barker, 75, of Conroe, TX died Monday, August 1, 2022 at Park Manor Conroe, Conroe, TX.
She was born July 27, 1947 in Warren, AR to the late Dewey E. Brown and Maxine Brown.
She was a loving mother, de‐voted wife, retired office man‐ager at Wayne Wicks and Asso‐ciates and a member of Faith Family Baptist Church in King‐wood, TX She was married to Leonard “Doie” Barker for 50 plus years until his death on September 17, 2017.
Betty is survived by her son, Brent E. Barker of Conroe, TX; two sisters, Sue Watkins and Libby Beck both of Royal, AR; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were Sat‐urday, August 6, 2022 at Shady Grove cemetery in New Edin‐burg with Pastor Tony Atkins officiating.
