Ilse Greta Brown, 92, of Jefferson, went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 15, 2024. She was born July 25, 1931 in Germany to the late Richard and Elise Schnabel.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Brown, her daughter Linda Spadoni and her grandson Shawn Storz and his wife Brooke. She enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son Richard Brown and his wife Cheryl of Wichita, Kansas, Ellen Storz of Jefferson, her sonin-law Robert Spadoni of White Hall, grandchildren Kevin Storz, Brian Storz, Jason Storz, Kit Storz, Stephen Spadoni, Wendy Spadoni, Kelley Brown and Chris Brown, and 22 greatgrandchildren and one greatgreat-grandson.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2024, at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery.
