Joe Don Bradley, 87, of Rison, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023.
He was bom June 25, 1936 in Rison, AR to the late Clifton Leon and Dorothy Wells Bradley.
Joe never met a stranger, he loved talking and visiting with people, and made many friends. He also enjoyed watching cowboy movies and television shows. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Billy Glover, Mildred Mars, and Elizabeth Carroll, and brothers, June Ruth Bradley, James Lloyd Bradley, Kenneth Ray Bradley, Thomas Leon Bradley and Jewel Clifton Bradley.
Joes is survived by his sisters, Nola Rushing (Bill) and Charlotte Munn, brothers, Jeffery Scott Bradley and Fred Wayne Bradley, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services were Saturday, July 1,2023 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Interment followed in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Woodlawn.
Pallbearers were Hayden Rushing, Andrew Rushing, Johnny Johnson, James Johnson, Gary David Mars, and Billy Dean Mars, Honorary Pallbearers were Parker Rotton, and Jackson Rotton. Bro. Ricky Lynn Glover will be officiating the service.
