Judy Kay Wagnon Simmons, 78, of New Edinburg, AR died Monday, July 13th, 2026 at her home.
She was born September 26th, 1947 in Warren, AR a daughter of the late Otis Wagnon and Leola Kitchens Wagnon.
She was a member Calvary Baptist Church, supported Friendship Extension Club, Judy was a part of the Bradley County Tomato Luncheon for over 30 years, serving faithfully. She also was a main stay in the quilting club. On June 20th, 1965 she married Ken Martin Simmons and he died April 4th 2021.
Surviving is a son, Quinn Simmons and spouse Christy, New Edinburg, AR, daughters Delle Simmons, New Edinburg, AR and Angie Clements, Philadelphia. 5 grandchildren Quinn Simmons II, Cameron Simmons, Cole Simmons, Madison Pepper and Layne Pepper. A sister Norma Johnston, nephew Wade Parker and spouse Stacey and niece Monique Parker. Additional family is Kelsey Taylor and spouse Caleb, Reagan Stanfield and spouse Michael and their son Lucas.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Friday, July 17 at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 16 at Frazer’s.
