William Ed “Bill” Rushing completed his earthly assignment Monday, May 12, 2025 one month shy of his 82nd birthday at JRMC after a lengthy battle with lymphoma. He was a plumber by trade, retiring from the State of Arkansas as a plumbing inspector after owning his own business for many years.
