Ms. Lucille Brown, 72 of Rison, Arkansas passed away on December 24. 2022. Lucille was Born on February 24, 1950, to the late Richard Brown Sr and Lucy Ann Roberts-Brown in Augusta, Arkansas. She graduated from Carver High School and later attended Harding University.

Hardy Herrington, 74, passed from this life on January 14,2023. Hardy was born June 12, 1948, as the ninth of thirteen children to the late Janies Bernice ‘Hoody’ and Ola Mae (Puckett) Herrington. Hardy graduated from Rison High School in 1966.

Imogene Shelby Gibson, 91, of Pansy, passed away January 8, 2023. She was born August 4, 1931, in Herbine, AR to the late Herbert and Verda Puckett Shelby. Imogene was a 1947 graduate of Woodlawn High School and after graduating college, taught school at Woodlawn for 45 years.

Shirley & Ray Morrison

Shirley, then Ray Morrison passed from this world on Wednesday, January 4th at their home in Rison, a place they loved. Shirley was born on March 15, 1934 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Elva & Van Sadler. She was preceded in death by her parents and older brother, J.L. Sadler II.

Billy Craig Taylor, 64, passed away December 30, 2022. He was born June 9, 1958 in Pine Bluff, AR to the late Billy T. and Betty Ashcraft Taylor. Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding 4-wheelers, watching NASCAR, and cheering on his beloved Arkansas Razorbacks.

Bea Rembowski

Eva "Bea" Rembowski, 91, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, went to be with Lord on January 5, 2023. She was born November 29, 1931, in Copiah County, Mississippi, to Jefferson and Alice Walker Hamilton. Bea had worked at many different retail stores in the area, retiring from Family Dollar as a manager.

Anna Nicole Drake, 55, of Maumelle, died Friday December 23, 2022 in Little Rock.  She was born June 1, 1967 in Pine Bluff to the late Robert Earl “Bob” Bullock and the late Sarah Ann Hall-Bullock. She was a devoted mother and teacher, avid gardener, and the most loyal friend.

Lori Michelle Cummings, 55, of Carrollton, GA passed away December 21, 2022 at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, GA.  She was born in Fordyce, AR on August 29, 1967 to the late James T. Garlington and Mildred Sisson Garlington.

Peggy Ann King, 70, of Woodlawn, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at her home.   She was born June 5, 1952 in Rison to the late Joe B. Stewart and Juanice Vinson Stewart.   She was a member of Enon Missionary Baptist Church, she retired from Area Agency of Rison and was a RN for 30 years.
