New Edinburg Gathering at Bridge Creek

NEW EDINBURG - Once again we can truthfully say our hearts were blessed with a wonderful get together! One would have not realized the temps were as high since the Bridge Creek Cabin was cool and very comfortable.  Many of us well remember when we only had hand held fans provided by our personal energy, no electricity.  We were thankful  for each one who made up the 21 in attendance. Understand some were unable to be with us due to varies reasons, death, sickness, distance to travel only to name a few hindrances. It was mentioned, while others agreed, that each of us were not only getting but showing our age with each gathering.  Only natural but doing so with grateful hearts. The food was delicious and plentiful! Once again we appreciate John L. McClellan for his making all of this possible.  Not only an awesome cabin but providing us with all the necessities like A/C and his eagerness to serve in all areas. We’ll never take for granted for all the things each do in order for our time together be an unforgettable event. Pam passed down the photo taking mantle to her daughter Barbie Trammell, who never disappoints us with her labors and expertise. Thank you. We love and appreciate each one. Again we’re blessed beyond measure! Pictured left to right: Ouida Proske, Jim Proske, Mongolia Beck, Ann Herrington, Martha Ann Heflin, Rex Trammell, Linda McDaniel Sherra Sue Hamilton, Don Langford, Norma Jean Hensley, John L.
