MIDWAY, Ark. - Brody Richardson drained a 3-pointer with 3 seconds left to lift the Woodlawn Junior Bears to a 25-24 win over the Ouachita Junior Warriors and remain unbeaten in 8-2A conference play.Neither team was able to get much separation from the other as Ouachita led 7-3 at the end of the first quarter and 11-10 at halftime.Woodlawn pulled ahead, 18-17, by the start of the fourth quarter but trailed 24-22 with about 10 seconds before Richardson launched his game-winner.Duke Scott led the Junior Bears with nine points followed by Richardson and Luke Heflin, who both had two treys apiece to finish with six.Woodlawn improved to 3-0 in conference play with the win.Woodlawn 32, Junction City 25WOODLAWN - Easton Franks’ 3-pointer with about 1:30 left in the game basically sealed the game for the Woodlawn Junior Bears last Tuesday as they came away with a 32-25 win over the Junction City Junior Dragons in an 8-2A conference game inside the Woodlawn Gym. Woodlawn got off to a good start, going up 13-7 at halftime. Junction City, however, pulled to within 19-18 by the start of the fourth but the Junior Bears outscored the Junior Dragons 13-7 in the fourth to get the win.Duke Scott led Woodlawn with 12 points followed by Brit Swan with 11.
