Rison Cross Country Team Places at Meets

    RISON - On Sept. 6, the team placed second at the Lori McDougald Invitational at Moro Bay. Jazlyn Price came in fourth place with a time of 23:35, Riley Hyatt came in 10th place with a time of 26:12. On Sept. 13, the team placed fourth out of 11 teams overall, and first place out of 1A-3A teams at the Minuteman Day at Camp Robinson. Kayla Jackson placed 20th overall with a time of 26:38. On Sept. 20, the team placed 12th out of 21 teams overall, and first place of all 1A-3A teams. Jazlyn Price finished at 24:16 and Kayla Jackson at 24:35. Their next race is Oct. 7 at the Danny Westbrook Bryant Hornet Invitational at Bishop Park.   ...
