Pesticide Applicator Training Feb. 19

RISON - The Cleveland County Cooperative Extension Service will be conducting a Pesticide Applicator Training session on Thursday, Feb. 19 at the Hall-Morgan Veterans Building, beginning promptly at 6 p.m.Each participant will be charged a $20 training fee which will go towards training materials.

RISON - Cleveland County School District will host parent/ teacher conference Thursday, Feb. 12, from 3 to 7 p.m. for grades K-12.During this time, kindergarten registration will also take place for students not currently enrolled in Head Start.

Road Conditions Delay Trash Pick-Up

RISON - Cleveland County Treasurer Angie Kimsey announced this week that Big Smith Waste Services, the county's solid waste contractor, had to postpone its Monday through Wednesday trash pickup routes his week due to the icy road conditions.
