PINE BLUFF - The Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 4455, will be hosting a POW & MIA Remembrance Ceremony Friday, Sept. 15 starting at 6 p.m. with the Watson Chaple JROTC presenting the colors. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Refreshments and fellowship will follow around 7 p.m., concluding with karaoke and dancing from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Additionally, the VFW is raffling a basket of goodies that evening overflowing with various items and gift certificates from local businesses valued at over $450. All funds raised for this raffle will be benefiting our auxiliary and their outreach programs. Tickets are currently on sale and are only $1 each. They are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the post located at 1518 E. Harding in Pine Bluff.
