Rainwater concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, probate, and real estate. Since 2017 Rainwater has been and continues to serve as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 13th Judicial District where he handles all manner of felony criminal cases, as well as civil asset forfeitures.
