Arkansas State Police (ASP) reported that Destiny Amaya Watts, 19, of New Edinburg, died early Saturday morning in a traffic accident at Rison. ASP reported she was traveling east bound along Amis Street in Rison when the 2004 Toyota Camry she was driving left the roadway, struck an fire hydrant and the vehicle overturned, ejecting the driver. Trooper James Reed reported the accident took place at 2:35 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29.
