Pine Bluff will host the 3rd Annual Juneteenth in the Bluff Arts and Culture Festival on June 19 from 5–11 p.m. in the Delta Rhythm & Bayous Cultural District. The free, family-friendly event features food trucks, vendors, dancing, and a headline performance by R&B group Lakeside. Organized by UAPB and community partners, the festival celebrates Juneteenth while promoting downtown revitalization, tourism, and local business growth. It also highlights the newly opened Blues & Wellness Plaza, a space combining music heritage, public art, recreation, and community gathering areas, symbolizing Pine Bluff’s cultural identity and ongoing development efforts.
