The runoff for Cleveland County Judge is between Jim Houston of the Rye community and Stephen McClellan of New Edinburg. The winner will be unopposed in the November general election.
The runoff for the Republican nomination for Arkansas Secretary of State is between Ken Hammer and Bryan Norris. The winner will face Democrat Kelly Grappe and Libertarian Michael Pakko in the November general election.
