RISON - Two people died and another suffered life-threatening injuries in a single vehicle accident Tuesday evening along Hwy. 63 south of Woodlawn School. Names of the victims and other details about the accident had not been released by Arkansas State Police as of press time.Cleveland County Coroner Chuck Valentine confirmed that two people died at the scene while another was transported to the hospital.The accident occurred near Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church at 8120 Hwy. 63, about a mile south of Woodlawn School.C&L Electric Cooperative posted on its Facebook page that a power pole was snapped in half during the accident resulting in about 350 customers losing power for more than three hours in the Woodlawn area....
