RISON - Cleveland County Sheriff Jack Rodgers has announced that Deputy Sheriff Michael Poss has been promoted to the position of lieutenant with the Cleveland Couty Sheriff's Department effective July 21.Lt. Poss is currently assigned as an investigator for the Sheriff's department. "Lt. Poss has been exemplary in supervising and providing guidance to the young officers of the Sheriff's Office," Sheriff Rodgers said in a statement. "Lt. Poss is truly dedicated to the Cleveland County Sheriff's Department and the citizens of Cleveland County." Lt. Poss will continue to serve as a criminal investigator for the sheriff's department and will now also serve as a first line supervisor for the sheriff's department....
