Rison Woman Faces Credit Card Fraud Charges in Pine Bluff

Sara Lyle, 41, of Rison, was arrested last Friday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department in Pine Bluff on charges she allegedly misused a business credit card.The Jefferson County Sheriff’s jail log showed that Lyle was arrested last Friday, Oct. 3, and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of property greater than $25,000 and first degree forgery.According to an interview from  Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney S. Kyle Hunter posted on the DeltaPlex radio website, an investigation discovered that as much as $60,000 in unauthorized transactions going back to 2022 had been made on a credit card belonging to Pine Bluff Truck and Trailer. Hunter said Lyle was responsible for collecting and paying the invoices the company would receive.Lyle was released from the Jefferson County Jail on $5,000 bond on Monday, Oct. 6. ...
