A former FBT Bank teller in Rison has been charged with felony theft after admitting to stealing cash from the bank over several months in 2025. Jessica Lee Aud, 37, was arraigned Jan. 13 in Cleveland County Circuit Court on a Class B felony theft charge involving $25,000 or more. An internal audit found the bank vault was $45,000 short, with thefts occurring between May and August 2025. Investigators said Aud confessed to taking money in gradually increasing amounts, citing poor money management and personal expenses. She was arrested in September and released on bond. Her next court date is March 10.
