The Cleveland County Republican Committee has announced that its Political Forum originally scheduled for this week has been moved to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, in the Family Life Center at Bethel #1 Missionary Baptist Church, 2230 Hwy. 35 North at Rison.
Candidates for Cleveland County Judge and Cleveland County Sheriff have been invited to participate. The public is invited to attend, and the Cleveland County Herald will attempt to live stream the event on its Facebook page. Bethel #1 is located on Hwy. 35 North about 1.5 miles west of the Hwy. 79 intersection at Rison.
The 2026 primary election will be held March 3. Early voting begins Feb. 17.
