The Woodlawn Bears and Lady Bears clinched their respective 8-2A regular season conference championships this past week. The Bears wrapped up the title with a 26-0 win over the Hampton Bulldogs last night while the Lady Bears did so with their 12-1 victory at Parkers Chapel. Both will have no. 1 seeds and have earned byes to the 8-2A District Tournament semifinals, thereby automatically qualifying the to the Class 2A Region Tournament at Murfreesboro.
