RISON - Johnie and LaDonne Brewster of Rison will celebrate their 60th anniversary this Saturday, June 17 with a special gathering at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, beginning at 2 p.m.
The couple wed May 31, 1963. Over the years they have been blessed with daughter, Jamie Jacobs Eggburn (and husband Mitchell), grandchildren Haley Patrick (and husband Evan) and Will Jacobs (and wife Shyann); and four great-grandchildren, Hattie, Abigail, Jon Paul, Levi, and one more little boy on the way.
All friends and family are invited to celebrate with Johnie and LaDonne. The church is located on Hwy. 35 South of Rison.
