WOODLAWN - The Woodlawn Lady Bears got past the Bismarck Lady Lions, 38-34, in a non-conference game Tuesday night at the Woodlawn Gym to improve their overall record to 5-4.
It was the second straight win for the Lady Bears after dominating the Hermitage Lady Hermits, 54-21, in a road game Monday night. Both wins came after Woodlawn suffered three consecutive losses to Class 4A Hamburg (66-44), Poyen (3625) and Class 5A White Hall (51-20).
Details for the victories over Hermitage and Bismarck were not available at press time.
