Students of the Month

  • ALLISON HOWARD, a 7th grader at Rison Middle School, was named April Student of the Month for grades 7-9. She is the daughter of Kirk and Jaclyn Howard, and the granddaughter of Bill and Carolyn Lowry, and John and Orpha Howard. She has two brothers, Josh and Matthew. Her activities and honors include FBLA (2nd Place Regionals, going to state), Junior Beta (5th Place Regionals), Majorettes and WCBC Youth Group and Choir.

  • CARLESE JOHNSON, a 10th grader and Rison High School, was named April Student of the Month for grades 10-12. She is the daughter of Carlos Johnson. Her activities and honors include basketball, softball, Beta Club and FBLA.
