Walker Takes 2nd at Gurdon Meet
GURDON - Rison's Zakyler Walker finished second in 100 meter dash at the Gurdon Track Meet held last Thursday.
Meanwhile, Rison's Steven Shaddock, Zakyler Walker, James Mitchell, and DJ Kines finished third in 4x200 relay.
Jr. Lady Wildcat Relay Teams Excel
The Rison Junior Lady Wildcasts had two relay teams finished among the Top 3 at the 2023 Georgia Pacific Junior Relays.
The 4x100 relay team consisting of Eryja Marks, Riley Hyatt, Josie Farrer, and Malorie Scales placed second with a time of 55.91 seconds.
The 4x200 relay team consisting of Eryja Marks, LaKaylee Brunson, Josie Farrer, and Malorie Scales placed third with a time of 2:00.47.
