Milestone Birthdays Celebrated at New Edinburg

NEW EDINBURG - Billy Bryant (left) and Marvin King (right) celebrated their 90th birthdays at the New Edinburg Community Center Saturday, April 29, with a large group of family and friends. Marvin Cecil King was born to Alvin and Maude King on January 19, 1933 and graduated from New Edinburg High School in 1952. Billy Harold Bryant was born to Clarence and Lizzie Bryant on April 29, 1933 and also graduated from New Edinburg High School in 1952. Another classmate in attendance at the party was 90-year-old Clyde Thompson born October 23, 1932 to Ben and Maggie Thompson who graduated from New Edinburg High School in 1951. Teddie Booth Langford was also a member of the class of 1952 and celebrated his 90th birthday in October of 2022. He was born to Eli and Lila Langford also on October 23, 1932  ...
