NATIONAL ART HONOR SOCIETY - Students were inducted into the Woodlawn chapter of the National Art Honor society May 19. 13 members attended with parents and friends. Students must maintain a 3.0 overall GPA and a 3.25 GPA in Art. Three senior members earned honor cords to wear at Graduation this year.

CONGRESSIONAL YOUTH ART CONTEST - Woodlawn had two students place in the top 5 at this year’s congressional youth art contest. Keeli Stewart’s snowflakes won 4th place and Anna Scott’s self portrait won 3rd place. There was a record number of entries this year from schools across the 4th district.

AYAA CONFERENCE - High school students Loralie Farmer, Anna Scott and Emily Reed attended the AYAA state conference. Several students placed in event.
