EASI Celebrates Two AEMTA Award Recipients

PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc. (EASI) is proud to announce that two members of our team have received statewide recognition from the Arkansas EMT Association (AEMTA).

Josh Bishop, President and CEO of Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc., has been named the AEMTA Administrator/Supervisor of the Year, and Roston Reed has been named the AEMTA First Responder of the Year.

Bishop has dedicated his career to advancing emergency medical services and continuing the legacy of Emergency Ambulance Service in Southeast Arkansas. Under his leadership, EASI has continued to expand its services, invest in its employees, strengthen community partnerships, and place a strong emphasis on EMS education and workforce development.

His recognition as Administrator/Supervisor of the Year reflects not only his leadership within EASI, but also his commitment to the employees who serve our communities every day.

Reed, just 19 years old, represents the next generation of emergency responders. Coming from a family with deep roots in EMS, he began first responding at a young age and has continued to dedicate himself to public service. In addition to serving as a first responder, Reed is a firefighter with the White Hall Fire Department and serves as a Deputy Coroner. He is also involved with his family's wrecker service and has aspirations of earning his pilot's license.

Being selected as AEMTA First Responder of the Year at such a young age is an incredible accomplishment and a reflection of Reed's willingness to serve wherever he is needed.

“We are extremely proud of Josh and Roston for receiving these honors,” said representatives of Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc. “Both represent what public service is all about. Josh continues to lead our organization forward while investing in our employees and communities, and Roston is an outstanding example of the future of emergency services. We are honored to have them represent EASI and Southeast Arkansas.”
