RISON - Last Tuesday the Cleveland County FCS Agent Danielle Watson and Food Preservation Specialist Agent Amber Hairston, FCS agent in Ashley County hosted a workshop in Rison. During this session participants learned about the different methods of drying.

KINGSLAND - Kingsland Missionary Baptist Church will hold Vacation Bible School July 17-21 from 6 to 8 p.m. each night for ages 4 through 6th grade. VBS will include lessons, music, crafts, snacks and fun. A closing program will be held Sunday, July 23 at 6 p.m.
