Ruth Lee Greenham Walraven Culliford, 82, of Star City, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at The Woods in Monticello. Ruth was born in Star City on July 14, 1942 to the late Jack  and Dorothy Ratterree Greenham. Mrs. Culliford was a retired childcare provider and of the Baptist faith.

Danny R. Golden, 75, of Kingsland died Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.  He was born October 27, 1949 in Fordyce, Arkansas.  He was an Army Vietnam veteran and a retired forester for Georgia-Pacific.

Don Allen Bowlin, 79, of Atlanta, Texas passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025.Born in Rison, Arkansas on July 13, 1945 to Allen & Eula Bowlin, Don was the youngest of six and a proud Rison Wildcat.

Gerry Ann Martin, 80, of Sheridan, passed away from complications of open heart surgery on March 20, 2025.  She was born on January 19, 1945, in Camden. A lifelong educator, she viewed helping others reach their potential as her calling from God.

Ronnie Joe Thompson, 77, of Malvern, passed away Friday, March 28, 2025 in Hot Springs.He was born October 4, 1947 in Pine Bluff.Ronnie graduated Woodlawn High School and attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello.He received an honorable discharge from the Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.

Houston Everett Culpepper Jr., of Rison, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas March 21, 1948 and passed away in Rison on March 18, 2025, just days before his 77th birthday. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and hardworking man who always put his family first.

James "Larry" Barton, 89, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2025. He was born in Strong, Arkansas, on March 31, 1935 to James Alvin and Athleen Goynes Barton. The family moved to Fordyce in 1937. Larry called Fordyce home.

Anita Bell Livingston, 96, of Little Rock departed her life journey on March 1, 2025 at Green House Cottages of Poplar Grove.After graduating from New Edinburg High School, Anita started her telephone career for Southwestern Bell in Pine Bluff in 1949 transferring to Little Rock in 1954.
