Sergeant Major Jimmy Don Cummings, age 66, of Rison, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 28, 2025.He was born October 16, 1958 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Elmer Cummings and Inez Smith Cummings. He was raised in Cleveland County, graduating from Rison High School in 1977.

Floyd Everette Miller, 81, of Maumelle, passed away on August 22, 2025, at Willow Grove Senior Living. He was born in Ellisville, Arkansas, on August 29, 1943, to Martha Ellen Miller.

Marvin Brown

Marvin D. Brown, 83, of Pine Bluff, went to be with the Lord, Friday, August 22, 2025. He was born April 24, 1942 in Rowell to the late Claud L. and Gracie May Roberts Brown.Marvin was reared and educated in Pine Bluff.

J.L. Woolley

J.L. Woolley, 80, of Rison passed away Tuesday August 19, 2025. He was born October 28,1944 in Woodlawn, Arkansas to the late Olen and Helen McFarland Woolley. After graduating from Woodlawn High School in 1962, John joined the United States Army and became a paratrooper.

Lula Mae Cathey, 91, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, formerly of Rison, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 15, 2025. She was born on October 24, 1933 in Glenwood, Arkansas.

Stan Hobson received what he longed for, to meet his Savior Jesus face-to-face on Monday, August 4, 2025. He was on his farm in the Bleeker Community doing what he loved when the Lord welcomed him to his eternal home.Stanley Earl Hobson was born in Fordyce, AR on February 17, 1955.

Betty Ann Cole, known by all as Mama Dear, 88, of Rowell passed away Monday August 4, 2025. She was born September 20, 1936 to the late Luther and Ophie Johnston Reed. On September 26, 1953 she married the love of her life, Buster Cole, and together they owned and operated Cole Farms.

Tommy Ray Baxter, 67, of Woodlawn passed away Saturday, August 2, 2025 at his home. He was born October 9, 1957 in Pine Bluff.Tommy was a truck driver for the Cleveland County road department and was a Baptist.
