Junk Hunt Sales Strong Despite Fewer Vendors

Body

The Great South Arkansas Junk Hunt concluded its spring event with strong shopper turnout, and organizers are now planning improvements for the fall run on Sept. 24–27. Led by Jennifer Via and a team of volunteers, the event has expanded significantly over the years, now covering much of south Arkansas and even extending into Louisiana. Organizers plan to simplify the event map, which some participants found confusing. While fewer vendors participated this spring, many reported strong sales. The timing during spring break created mixed impacts for participants. Despite challenges, the event remained successful, with organizers aiming to refine logistics and release an updated map ahead of the fall hunt.
