Pond Workshop This Thursday at Fairgrounds

The Cleveland and Dallas County Cooperative Extension Offices will be hosting a pond workshop at 5:30 p.m. this Thursday, April 9, at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds in Rison.

Scott Jones, small impoundment Extension specialist and instructor II with the Department of Aquaculture and Fisheries as the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, will be leading the workshop.

Topics include aquatic weed identification and control, pond construction and livestock/fish pond education.
