Digital Tickets Only For AAA Regionals

LITTLE ROCK - All tickets for the Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) regional and state basketball tournaments will be sold online only! No paper tickets will be sold at the gate. Those attending must show a digital ticket at the gate. Printed tickets will not be accepted.

Rauls Breaks More State Records at AHSPA Meet

MONTICELLO - Woodlawn’s Jude Rauls set yet another state record this past weekend and was declared the “Outstanding Lifter” for the 97-165 pound classifications at the Arkansas High School Powerlifting Association (AHSPA) regional meet held Saturday, Feb. 17, at Monticello High School.

MAGNOLIA, Ark. - Former Woodlawn baseball standout Will Richardson of Southern Arkansas University was recently named the Week 1 Great American Conference Co-Player of the Week based on his performance in the Muleriders’ run at the Dugan Invitational held at Majestic Park in Hot Springs.

Bears Get Past Wildcats in 8-2A Tourney Quarterfinals

WOODLAWN - Raylon Lawson's game-high 19 points led four Woodlawn players who finished in double figures as the Bears got past the scrappy Rison Wildcats, 59-37, in the 8-2A District Tournament quarterfinals Tuesday night inside the Woodlawn Gym.

WOODLAWN - Don't look now, but he Woodlawn Lady Bears may be starting to peak. Woodlawn pulled off a shocker Tuesday afternoon when the sixth-seeded Lady Bears up-ended the third-seeded Gurdon Lady Devils, 65-39, in the second round off the 8-2A District Tournament being hosted by Woodlawn.
