RISON - Rison Utilities Director Gene Norton said some residents with the City of Rison could experience temporary discoloration of their water as a state-required fire hydrant flow and pressure test is conducted Thursday morning.
Norton said the test is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Thursday, and will include fire hydrants located along Beech Street and at Rison School.
