RISON - Any member of the Cleveland County Rural Public Water Authority who wishes to run for the board may come by the water office at 205 Pine Street during regular office hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. to obtain a petition.Petitions must have the signature of at least 15 association members and must be returned to the water office by 3 p.m. Friday, May 1. The annual election will be held Monday, May 11, immediately preceding the regular monthly meeting which will begin at 6 p.m. at the water office....
