RISON - The UAMS Mobile MammoVan will provide on-site screening mammograms at Rison Pharmacy's old location at 300 Pine Street, Wednesday, Aug. 13 beginning at 8 a.m.This is for women age 40 and over that are due for a mammogram. Mammograms are by appointment only. Please call 1-800-259-8794 to schedule.Before your appointment you may receive an estimate of cost/no surprise letter in the mail. Please bring your insurance and it will be filed as usual, this is not a bill.This service is provided by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. If you do not have insurance, there are assistance programs available. Please call to inquire on how UAMS can help cover the cost....
