Chris Moffatt was the winner of the Justin Dakota Wrioght Annual Gun Raffle, organizer Jenny Wright has announced.“Welcome to the scholarship Chris,” said Wright. “We appreciate everyone who participated with engaging people to get involved with this annual fundraiser event. Wright gave a special thank you to Ratteree Pawn Shop in Star City, Broken Spoke, Labon, Hunny, the members of gun clubs, and many others.The raffle helps fund one-time $500 scholarships that will be awarded 2026 seniors. Scholarship applications are available at Woodlawn, Rison, Dumas, Drew Central and Trinity Christian (Texarkana, Ark.) high schools, and is also open to a senior, if applicable, at Texarkana Children's Home....
