King Graduates from Harding University

SEARCY - Grant King of Rison is one of more than 300 students who received diplomas and were recognized as Harding University graduates during the Fall 2024 commencement ceremony on Dec. 14, 2024.King received a Doctor of Pharmacy.

Homestead Event Set For March 29

RISON - The Arkansas Homesteading Conference will be returning to the Cleveland County Fairgrounds in Rison on Saturday, March 29, announced organizer Britt Talent.

RISON - James Michael Haywood celebrated his first birthday Feb. 6.He requested supplies for an animal shelter as gifts and Rison Paws for a Cause is the recipient.He is the son of Kyle and Ellen Haywood of Fayetteville, and grandson of Terry and Melissa Haywood of Rison.
