LITTLE ROCK – Both of Cleveland County's state representatives, District 96 State Rep. Sonia Barker (R-Smackover) and District 93 State Rep. Mike Holcomb (R-Pine Bluff), were presented with the Family Council Action Committee's 2023 Statesman Award.

RISON - At the Cleveland County Courthouse, 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 11, Veterans Day, the Cleveland County Extension Homemaker Council, and the Cleveland County Historical Society will unveil the hand stitched quilt made in 1944 by local Home Demonstration Clubs (now Extension Homemaker Clubs).
