RISON - Organizers of last weekend's Pioneer Crafts Festival at the Pioneer Village in Riosn said they felt they made some progress in their effort to revive what was once one of the largest events of its kind in south Arkansas, but admit there is still work to be done.

RISON - Registration for the third annual Cruisin' Cleveland County Bike Ride is open now.This year's event will be held Saturday, June 14 at the Pioneer Village beginning at 7 a.m.Riders will take off on one of five routes with lengths at 21, 29, 44 and 65 miles.

Skyler is a member of FFA and was named the Cleveland County Farm Bureau Agri. Student of the Month for March. He enjoys mud riding, fishing, and hanging out with friends and family. CCSB Considers Classified Pay Increase

RISON - The Cleveland County School Board took no action Monday night on a proposed pay increase for classified staff, but the board seemed to be in favor of providing some form of an increase depending on how the district's finances pan out for the rest of the year.
