RISON - The Roy and Christine Sturgis Library of Cleveland County will begin story time for preschoolers Tuesday, Oct. 1 for children between ages three and five.Call the library at (870) 325-7270 to register your child by Sept. 27.Programs will consist of puppet shows, flannelgraph stories, songs, books, crafts and other fun activities.There will also be a story time for two-year old children beginning Wednesday, Oct. 9.
