RISON - The Green House Cottages of Southern Hills nursing home at Rison is currently taking donations to help put on an Independence Day community fireworks show on July 4.Crystal Freeman with the Green House cottages said donations of size will be accepted. Donations can be dropped off at the nursing home at 701 Main Street in Rison, or Freeman said she can pick up a donation by calling (870) 325-6202. The Pioneer Village at Rison is also planning some July 4th festivities before the fireworks that evening....
