Cleveland Co. Cares Launches Donation Drive with Giveaway

RISON - Cleveland County Cares, a local charity organization under the Pioneer Village, that provides essential items and Christmas gifts to children in need around the holidays, is launching a donation drive at the Rison in the Fall Festival.

Organizer Melinda McKnight is offering a chance at a gun provided by Double M Outdoors. Every $10 donation to Cleveland County Cares is a chance to win, but a bonus chance is given to anyone who donates $50.

Chances can be purchased at the Cleveland County Cares booth at Rison in the Fall, Saturday, Oct. 18, or in advance at the Cleveland County Herald office, or by calling McKnight at (870) 692-2332.
