The Rison Wildcats will kick off the 2026 season with a road trip to face the Class 4A DeWitt Dragons at 7 p.m. tonight while the Woodlawn Bears will host the South Side-Bee Branch Hornets at the Carl Jones Sports Complex. The junior high teams start at 5 p.m. followed by the varsity teams at 7 p.m.
The Rison Junior Wildcats started their 2026 campaign Thursday with a 45-14 win over the DeWitt Junior Dragons at George Walker Field of Champions.
