10 YEARS AGO APRIL 1, 2015 Cleveland County ranks as the 25th healthiest county among 75 counties in Arkansas, according to a survey released last week by the County Health Rankings group. The overall ranking is based on two major variables: 'health outcomes,' which takes length of life and quality of life into account; and 'health factors,' which includes clinical care, health behaviors, social and economic factors, and physical environment.An architect and small business development specialist will be touring Cleveland County later this month as Kickstart Cleveland County begins to formally gather information to begin developing a long-term community development plan for the county.Eric M.
