MONTICELLO, Ark. — Student artworks from the Arkansas Art Educators’ 2025 Southeast Arkansas Regional Art Exhibit are on display in the Spencer Gallery in the Fine Arts Center at the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) through April 13, 2025.

RISON - The Busy Bees Extension Homemakers Club at Kingsland is holding a barbeque fundraiser May 17 to start a scholarship fund in memory of Callie Weems and Roy Sturgis, two Kingsland residents who were victims of the Fordyce mass shooting.

Rison FFA Auction, Burgers April 24

RISON - Rison High School FFA is hosting an Auction and Burger Dinner Thursday, April 24 at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds. Food starts at 5 p.m. as well as the silent auction. The live auction will begin at 6 p.m. and the silent auction will close at 6 p.m.
